	McAdenville Village Clay Realty Advisors is overseeing the design development and infrastructure construction of this 189 residential home community located in McAdenville, NC. This project will initiate the re-vitalization of the Pharr Yarns mill home community that housed their employees since 1939. Due to out dated floor plans and construction techniques not up to today’s building and buyer standards, the original homes were demolished and a new land plan was created.
